Whether you bought something in-store or online, this guide will lead you through the details of our return process, allowing you to manage it with ease.
Gymshark Return Policy
- Any unwanted products must be returned within 30 days of the date your Gymshark item was delivered, whether ordered online or in-store.
- Proof of payment should be provided.
- Items that can't be returned:
- Swimwear, underwear, and socks can only be returned if the package is unopened
- Bottles
- Personalized items
- Worn and washed products
- Products without tags
- Products bought during Gymshark sales
Eligible Countries For Free Gymshark Return
The following countries are eligible for free returns:
- United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
How do I return my online order?
- On the website, sign in to your Gymshark account.
- Refer to your order history to find the order you want to return.
- Select the product or products from that order that you want to return.
- To create a return label, follow the instructions provided.
- Securely package the product(s), making sure they are in their original condition with tags attached.
- Include the return label with the package.
- Return the package to Gymshark using your preferred mailing method.
- Keep the shipping carrier's tracking number for future reference.
- Once Gymshark receives and processes your return, you will be refunded using the original payment method.
How do I return my order from the store?
If you bought products from our London Retail Store and provided us with your email address at the checkout, you can return them with Happy Returns. However, if you did not provide your email address, you must return the product to the store.
How will I get a refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Unworn product
- Proof of payment or tag
We won't be able to issue a refund if an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an inappropriate state. Each item is examined when it is returned.
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5 working days.
If payment was done using a Gymshark gift card, you will get a gift card refund.
Will I get a refund if I used Gymshark student discount?
Gymshark will refund your purchase for the products, including any applicable delivery fees, using the same payment method you used. If you used a student discount code to purchase the products, the amount refunded will be reduced by the amount of the discount you received at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange my products?
Exchanges for the exact same item are free if done within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, exchanges are only available in the United Kingdom, Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland at the moment.
We make every attempt to ship your exchange within 1-2 business days following its approval. You will soon receive an email with a new tracking link for your exchanged item.
If an item is out of stock, we will refund you to your original payment method and send you an email confirming the refund.
